Cauliflower Norimaki Rolls

A low carb & ketogenic variant to classic norimaki rolls.

A low carb & ketogenic variant to classic norimaki rolls.

Ingredients

  • 500g cauliflower rice
  • 140g (~1/2 cup) cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 nori sheets

Use desired fillings. Goes well with carrot, cucumber strips, avocado, tuna, salmon, cream cheese, crab meat, prawn tempura etc...

Method

  1. Cook cauliflower according to packet instructions (microwave usually does fine)
  2. Strain with a cheese cloth to remove excess moisture
  3. Mix all ingredients together
  4. Leave to chill until the mix becomes sticky
  5. Roll your rolls with desired fillings
  6. Enjoy :)
