Oat Fiber Protein Pancakes

Naturally low-carb but with no loss of taste

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat fiber
  • 1/4 cup whey protein isolate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 salt or to taste
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 large eggs

If the batter is a bit too thick, add more almond milk as needed.
