Oat Fiber Protein Pancakes
Naturally low-carb but with no loss of taste
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat fiber
- 1/4 cup whey protein isolate
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 salt or to taste
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 large eggs
If the batter is a bit too thick, add more almond milk as needed.
